Aventus Properties is a Minnesota-Based property management company dedicated to one thing: giving our residents a home they're proud of. We own and manage apartments in the Hamline-Midway and West Seventh neighborhoods, historic buildings with real character that we care for like they're our own.

We started Aventus Properties because we believe renters deserve better than slow repairs, unanswered calls and unclear rules. So we do it differently. Maintenance requests get a real response. Screening criteria and policies are published up front. And when we say we'll take care of something, we follow through.

Our homes are affordable by design, serving households at 50–60% of area median income, and we welcome housing vouchers. Affordable should never mean second-rate, so we keep reinvesting in our buildings with renovated kitchens and baths, new appliances and energy-efficient upgrades that make everyday living more comfortable.
